Terms of Service
Feel It Travel Agency d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) operates as both the organizer and retailer of its services and owns the website and domain www.feelittravelagency.com, where its web shop is hosted.
The client (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) is any person who selects, places into a cart, and pays for any service or product offered via the Organizer’s official website.
This document serves as an electronic agreement between the Organizer and the Buyer. By submitting personal information or making a booking, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all listed terms, conditions, rights, and obligations.
The Feel It Travel Agency webshop primarily offers single-day excursions, all organized by the agency itself. All transactions are processed securely and are available to customers worldwide.
To book a tour, Buyers must provide certain personal details. This is essential for transaction security. The Buyer confirms the accuracy of the information provided. The Organizer retains the right to deny service or block a Buyer’s access if any data is incorrect or used in a way that may compromise system integrity.
Booking
Bookings can be made by email, phone, other online communication methods, or via authorized partners and agents.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment options include bank transfer and online payments via credit/debit cards through the web shop.
All card payments are processed securely via Worldline, a trusted third-party payment platform authorized by the Organizer. Worldline complies with strict security standards and facilitates real-time authorization. Buyers may choose to purchase tickets instantly or store them in their cart for later payment. Tickets can be removed at any time before completing the purchase.
Private tours, tailor-made experiences require a 30% deposit within 7 days to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% is due at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service.
Note: All pricing is subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Final pricing may vary based on the rate at the time of full payment. This quote does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation voucher and their credit card will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour, or in the case of a no-show. The same applies in the event of severe weather. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative date.
No refunds will be issued if the Buyer fails to attend the tour on the scheduled day.
Tickets & Vouchers
Buyers are responsible for keeping tickets safe and undamaged. Tickets are non-transferable and non-reproducible. Each has a unique code that grants access to the tour. Duplicated or altered tickets will not be accepted.
Tickets are delivered via email. From that moment, the responsibility for the ticket lies entirely with the Buyer. In case of unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or misuse, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry.
Tickets must be presented upon arrival, either printed or in digital form. Tickets are strictly prohibited from being used for resale, marketing, or commercial gain. Violations will void the ticket.
Data Protection
Feel It Travel Agency is committed to protecting your privacy. Only essential personal data is collected to fulfill orders, and Buyers are informed of how their data is used. Customers have the right to opt-out of marketing communications. All data is securely stored and accessible only to employees who require it for their work.
Card and personal data are encrypted and protected in accordance with PCI DSS standards via the Stripe payment gateway.
Photo & Media Policy
By participating in any of the tours offered by Feel It Travel Agency, you consent to being photographed or recorded (audio/video). These materials may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, advertising, newsletters, etc.) by Feel It Travel Agency and its affiliates.
You release the company and its staff from any liability in connection with such use. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, kindly inform the staff on-site.
All images or recordings remain the intellectual property of Feel It Travel Agency and may not be altered or reused without written consent.
Submitting Complaints
In accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Provision of Services in Tourism (Official Gazette No. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, and 70/21), Buyers may submit formal complaints via email to: info@feelittravelagency.hr
A written reply will be provided within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
Changes to Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and to transfer its online business to a different domain if necessary.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of Feel It Travel Agency d.o.o.
